But as much as I love certain classical composers, I have a soft spot for film composers. One of my favorites is Alexandre Desplat, who composed music for (among others) The King's Speech and The Shape of Water, and this movie. I chose this one because it has a great repeating rhythm and is still different at each repetition. Also, my sincere apologies to Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Christophe Beck, Rachel Portman, Howard Shore, and so many others. You are all amazing. I wish I could pick all of you. If you have time listen to Ripples in the Sand, which was my first choice but has vocalization in it.
